Booking, Payment & Refund Policy:

• To secure your place on the tour, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.
• The deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise by Tazkiyah Tours. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined at the discretion of Tazkiyah Tours and will be based on valid reasons provided by the participant.
• By paying the deposit, you commit to paying the full package cost in full or in instalments, as agreed upon during the booking process.
  Full payment must be completed before 30 days before departure. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations & Changes:

• In the event of cancellation by the participant, the refund policy will be applicable as determined by Tazkiyah Tours.
• Tazkiyah Tours reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the tour package due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in travel regulations, political situations, or force majeure events. In such cases, reasonable alternative arrangements will be offered or refunds will be provided, as determined by Tazkiyah Tours.

Travel Documents & Requirements:

• It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including a passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of departure.
  The participant must comply with all visa requirements and provide accurate personal information for visa processing. Any costs or consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be the participant’s responsibility.

Travel Insurance & ATOL:

Tazkiyah Tours will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the lack of adequate travel insurance.
Tazkiyah Tours is ATOL protected.

Health & Medical Conditions:

Participants should ensure they are in good health and physically fit to undertake the tour. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before embarking on any travel.
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or specific dietary requirements must inform Tazkiyah Tours at the time of booking to make necessary arrangements, if feasible.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to adhere to Islamic values, local customs, and laws throughout the journey.
• Tazkiyah Tours reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior that may adversely affect the experience of other participants or the overall trip.

Limitation of Liability:

Tazkiyah Tours and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during the tour, including but not limited to personal belongings, health issues, transportation delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Room Allocation:

Tazkiyah Tours strives to accommodate participants who know one another in shared rooms, subject to availability and specific requests made during the booking process.
To ensure room allocation with individuals of your choice, please specify your rooming preferences on the booking form or send an email to info@tazkiyahtours.com. While we will make every effort to fulfill such requests, please note that it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Some beds in a room may be roll-out beds and not full size. This is at the discretion of the hotel. Tazkiyah Tours will not be liable should the hotel not provide adequate beds.

Extra Activities:

Aside from breakfast, any extra payable activities or meals are not the responsibility of Tazkiyah Tours and will incur an extra cost upon the participant should you wish to partake.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

Force Majeure:

Tazkiyah Tours shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, political instability, or other events that make it impossible or unsafe to carry out the tour.

Severability:
